A welcoming place to experience your pre-novitiate year. Found on the campus of Duquesne University, Laval House accommodates you as you begin your exploration into the Spiritan community.

You will study for the novitiate at one of the Spiritan Houses of Formation in the United States. They are places of prayer, learning and community where you will forge bonds with your Spiritan family, and thrive with their support.

And as you grow - in yourself, in community, and in Spirit - these houses of Formation will become your home.

As you begin work towards your advanced divinity degree, you will live in the Spiritan Theological residence at St. Ambrose, a Spiritan parish near Chicago Theological Union, where you will spend much of your time in classes.
