KIPAWA, DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA
The children at Kipawa-Libermann Primary School in Tanzania were excited to receive some much needed sporting equipment for the campus. As the adage goes, all work and no play makes Benjamin a dull boy or Miriam a dull girl.
Fr. Joseph Triphon, C.S.Sp., distributes soccer balls to class representatives.
This Spiritan school is tuition paying, continues to grow in enrollment, and is in the process of adding new classrooms and recently opened a computer lab / library on the campus.
The current enrollment of 341 students will eventually expand to some 600.
The project was funded through contributions to the Spiritan Office for Mission Advancement.
