This Sunday we celebrate the news that a Savior is born among us. Christmas is celebrated each time we prepare a place for Christ to be born again in our lives. Have a made room for Jesus in our lives. 

More than ever, we need a Savior to enter our world and turn our lives back to God. The truth that Christ our Lord is born should ring out to all the world to give us new hope, new joy, and lasting peace. 

Among us is born Jesus. In our world where so many problems, difficulties, sickness, war, and injustice, Jesus comes as the Prince of Peace. Looking for light amidst all our worries and difficulties, Jesus is born as light for the world.

God embraces each of us through Jesus’ birth.  We must celebrate God’s presence in our hearts and lives. As we look back over our lives, can we experience this embrace? 
  
The birth of Jesus 2000 years ago continues to live among today. We must celebrate it each day. With Christmas joy, hope and peace, we celebrate not just one day but a season where a remember with newness how God enters our human history and gives us a Savior. Jesus transforms our fears, our hopes, and our sorrows and makes us new in his love.

The word lives among us, Glorify Him.
