Exciting changes are happening in the life of the Province!

A Mass of Installation was held on November 15 at the Spiritan Center Chapel in Bethel Park, Pa., to welcome Fr. Don McEachin, C.S.Sp., as the new Provincial. He takes over from Fr. Jeff Duaime, who has served in this role since 2012. 

During the Mass, a commitment ceremony was held welcoming three new Lay Spiritans: Pattie Duff, Mercia O'Neill, and Paula Nettleship; and Rose Velgich-Figlar renewed her commitment. We are delighted these women answered God's call to be part of the Spiritan family.

After Mass, a reception was held to welcome Fr. Don and the new Lay Spiritans and wish Fr. Jeff well as he embarks on his new assignment as First Assistant in the General Council in Rome. We thank Fr. Jeff for his many years of service and leadership, and wish him and Fr. Don well as they undertake their new roles in the Congregation.
