Beginning on July 2, 2023, the U.S. Spiritans assumed responsibility for Holy Ghost Parish in Houston, TX. The new pastoral team includes Fr. Binh T. Quach, C.S.Sp., Pastor; Fr. Daniel Abba, C.S.Sp., Parochial Vicar; and Fr. Neil McQuillan, C.S.Sp., Parochial Vicar.

Holy Ghost Parish is a thriving multicultural Catholic Community was formed in 1946, following the end of World War II, by the Redemptorist Congregation. The Redemptorist Fathers and Brothers led the church for more than 75 years.

“Anyone visiting Holy Ghost Parish immediately experiences in the community the fruits of the Holy Spirit – love, joy, peace, kindness, magnanimity, etc. – that flow from the formative ministry of the Redemptorists over these many years,” said Fr. Binh T. Quach in his letter to the congregation. “We, Spiritans, dedicate ourselves to build upon that foundation for the further development of both our parish and our school.”
